I visited my extended family in Australia when i was a young boy and my Aunty gave me an incredible Jarrah wood boomerang that had been painted by an Aboriginal artist. She said to me "This is a piece of artwork to be treasured, so don't ever throw it, ok!" I replied "Ok Aunty". When i got back to the UK i immediately went to the local park and threw it as hard as i could. It flew through the air with speed and grace before spinning into the ground at about 80mph and smashing into a thousand pieces.
