You must take the initiative and decide what is right for your business. This video is the conclusion that I arrived at after watching numerous videos and reading Canvas TOU. The two videos below are two of the best ones I watched.
Two good guidelines to follow:
1. Don't sell anything that you didn't design yourself.
2. Don't distribute Canva elements in a way that they can be used by someone who didn't purchase them or have the right to use them.

At 10:45, you say "you can take a template from Canva, sell it, but it has to come back to Canva". This sounds a lot like you're telling people they can sell links to the work of Canva Creators and profit from their work.

No these are blank templates. Like the example I used. Description and covers for products. For instance, you can create blank workbook templates for people who create courses. They can purchase them and the use them in Canva. They would put their own texts and images into the templates. Then that would be their designs.

Rereading that I realize I meant create. Thank you for pointing that out. I did say several other times everything you sell must be your original design.
