Just got my first sporty to do wheelies on pretty stoked on it. It already has a shit ton of parts on. 54 tooth sprocket chain drive risers bars lucky Dave's seat upgraded front and rear suspension it's in the shop getting the carb tuned and the 2 to 1 highwaymen exhaust. Should be a fun city ripper. Only draw back is that it's an 883. BUT I do plan on upgrading to 1200 heads after I munch through these lol

Just got a pretty stock sportster 97 883. Yep, clutch is super different from my old sports bike. Pegs are to long, belt driven. I need a few upgrades. This video was great. Thank you.

I just got done installing a new exhaust system on my iron 883. I forgot to install the O2 sensors before I fastened the pipes, though. Watching this video made me resent you because yours are so easy to access. Lol.

I'm saving up to buy a Sportster for a second bike this video has confirmed it great video by the way it's an 89 Sportster at auction with 10,000 miles. Not for sure how the four-speed is going to work out and a carburetor for this type of riding but there's only one way to find out. From somebody that normally runs Harley drag bikes they eat clutches and transmissions also watch your compensator.

As always love the sporty videos. Progressive and Burly bros both make nice front end suspension kits for reasonable price when you get there.

When you're ready for front springs check out TMF Cycles. TJ knows his parts. I run the Patriot Genesis fork springs in my dyna and they are a great upgrade. I'd say 10x better then stock. Use the screamin eagle fork oil as well maybe even a preload adjuster if you want. But those are a great cheap front upgrade I recommend. And I need to find brake master upgrade, how'd you get the sportbike master to fit the 1" bar?

Who did you day makes the rear brake bracket? And do they make one for a single foot brake caliper? (I don't stunt my bike enough go want or need a hand brake). I already have a speed merchant braket for a tokico caliper off a gsxr1000 and brembo pads for my front brake, but I really want to get another radial tociko on the back! I also have some 505/515 cams to install, and I really want to do a chain conversion but to stock gearing, I don't even know where to begin for that lol. Love the bike man, keep killing it!

Trying to get into the Harley stunt game do you put the recommended amount of oil in or do you fill up to the top some have said that you won't get oil to the Pistons in a wheelie unless you have it full of oil

Hey Brian. On your 636 do you run a stock clutch? I just got an 03 zx6r yesterday for a heck of a deal. I gave it a once over and set tire pressures, lubed and slacked chain, changed oil, topped off coolant. The only thing im not really happy with it the clutch. Its got a heavy duty aftermarket clutch and takes 3 fingers and some muscle to pull in. Im learning stunting on this bike which is why I bought it. I have heard some stunters actually prefer this type of clutch? Do you?

Brian I thought Harleys used dot 5 brake fluid. It might be misleading to people who dont know that your able to get away with it since your running a normal brembo HB and sport bike calipers. I believe if your use the harley master cylinders and calipers you have to stay with dot 5? Or can we use 660 with the harley master and calipers.. Just curious

I have almost the same setup, but mine sounds like it hits a rev limiter almost at 5k rpm and falls off, then hella power after that if you stay in it till about 7k rpm. JW if anyone had that issue? it is tuned, thundermax tuner, pushing 100hp.
