Thank you for the video, going next week for my sportster. Suspension & tank are the 1st things on the list, also found a rear handbrake for the bike. I have watched your video at least 5Xs taking notes. It's a 2009 & I am amazed how many parts for stunting are available, expensive but available. Thank you for all the points you made in your video, I am slo going with the same style crash bar you have on your bike. Thank you. Harleys are very different from a sportbike.

I have only done wheelies accidentally but I had a hard time keeping my 1972 H2 front wheel on the ground. It was much easier to keep both wheels on the road when I moved up to a GSXR1100.

I broke the bolts holding the rear pulley on twice. First time I just chased the threads, but they were messed up, ended up putting the wheel up in the mill and drilling them out, retapping next size up.

Great information! I noticed the hose clamp keeper on your oil fill. First time I took my 2002 XL1200H for a spin (several months ago and not doing wheelies) I lost fill cap. I had just gotten the bike and the oil was overfull. Think that might have been the cause? I've been paranoid about losing it again ever since. Thanks again for the info.

@Ovtndmntn721 Hey, thanks for the reply. Good call, I was thinking pretty much the same thing. Ran the line up further through the frame the other day and haven't had any more leakage since. Thanks man! Also, I usually fill the primary oil level just up until the fluid hits the bottom of the clutch spring/just past the clutch hub basket with the bike sitting level. Usually takes just under a quart for me.

They're just cheap EBay MX pegs, I remove the pin that holds them and add bolts and lock them down so i can hook my foot under them for one handed wheelies. and I used to have those shock slider but I snapped two shock bolts with them and will never run them again for that reason, i'd rather scratch my pipe than snap a shock bolt!
