Verifica con NAIT, ellos podrán decirte, pero probablemente no sea necesario ya que fuiste aceptado antes de que se implementara la carta de atestación.

Does this apply to those applicants who have been granted the visa? I have a friend and she's for may intake and she'll be flying to Canada this coming month. Does she still need to secure the attestation letter?

As per new guidelines MBA + uap/foundation course needs PAL.. do you have any idea when will UCW provide it for October intake?

yes i heard that too, as far as i know they dont have the the allocation yet for the mba foundation. some of my students have the same concern.

Incomplete Application. Unfortunately, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) informed me that my application cannot be processed further due to the lack of a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). PAL applications are expected to be launched by provinces and territories by March 31, 2024. I'm waiting on that to submit the missing document and complete the application process. Hey Coach! I arrived in Canada last year and I realised I'd need a study visa extension as I would be extending my program by a year. After I would've paid the fee for that one extra year, I should have about $10k left with me. Would that work enough as proof of funds for the study visa extension. If it helps then I also have a part time job.

Hm technically the POF for one year is $20600 and that excludes the tuition fee. But maybe you have other things you can show, like accommodation, any kind of sponsorship you are receiving?

@@studyliveexploreca Hey! Thanks for the reply, I suppose I could also attach my uncle’s bank statements from my home country. He was my sponsor and he might have a bank statement around 7-10k..? That could work right? I’ll try and see if I could save up some extra money this summer, I’d be applying for the extension next year.

Confusion! My application returned because of incomplete document i.e, attestation letter. I am enrolled in May intake and my IELTS is expiring on may 2024. Should i opt for withdrawal from program and seek refund or should I defer my course to September intake with new IELTS Pls need help!

Contact the school and ask what you have to do to get the attestation letter. There might be a chance you can still get into that intake.

Any idea? Will the embassy start the process and waits for this letter or they will only start the process after getting this letter? Also I was working when I applied now I resigned, will this affect my application?

I already have my LOA from Uvic for 2025 Winter intake. Does it mean that the May and Sept intakes will be prioritized? What about us Winter 2025 intake? I think it’s unfair to prioritize based on intake, should utilize FIFO method.

Thanks always my mentor, please ma my question is can I apply together with my kids hope this new laws don't affect the kids since I am going for a program in public college. Secondly ma, can my uncle sponsor me and my kids? He has All the documents required to sponsor us. Your response means a lot to ma.

Hi, So far there is no impact on bringing your kids I believe. Public college is better then private, and make sure its a DLI as well. Your uncle can sponsor you as long as you provide his proof of funds, letter from him etc. But you should still have some proof of funds on your own. So make sure you submit those too.
