Why did the turbo whistle so audibly during the first run, while on the second startup, the idle speed was higher, but the turbo barely audible?

How much better are the Giles pumps compared to the Bosch pumps?

"Giles pump" are Bosch pump customily rebuilt and tuned by Giles at Performance Diesel in Markham, Ontario. Here's been doing it for years and are the reference when it comes to mechanical diesel injection pump.

@@werfu I looked into it a bit and their prices aren't bad either for a rotory or distributor style injection pump Nice to know The main ones I remember doing were bosch......stanadyne or roosa master ones 🤔
