And talking about Brampton - it is not possible - unless you find a 30-40Yr+ old home 3K+ sqft with zero upgrades and some reno/fixes to do

It is good to see you buying a house. I had mentioned earlier that my son is settled in Kingston had gone to Queens University in 2018. I would like to ask that what are all facilitites included in the house that costs you about Rs. 7.6 crores in terms of Indian money. does land is included and how much of land. is electrical wiring, boiler, bathroom, kitchen room cupboard, water connecrtions, bathroom fittings, does hot water and cool water facitilities included in this. Since in India it is not included in the house that you have to make separately. Thanks manpreet!

Wow 1.3M to live in a cold climate and just a few feet away from neighbors with no privacy. Homes in California are just as much but we have great weather and tons of opportunities! Move out west!
