I thank Mergim from the bottom of my heart for helping the Philippines Economy by attracting more foreigners , as you know our country depends alot on Tourism as it takes a large chunk of our GDP , the Pandemic really damaged our economy , so you helping to advertise and show the good sides of the Philippines not well known by the outside world and even to many filipinos is a very very great thing. I also love how down to earth you are compared to many other tourist vloggers , you remind me of Filipino boo a little.

Our economy depends on OFW period PS: even during the pandemic it was the remittances of the OFW and the tax of wpc that made the Philippine economy still alive, kahit yang mga foreigner na vloger sa mga ofw parin yan kumikita kaya pumupunta ng pilipinas yan kasi malaki ang nakukuha nila sa Adsense, pag galing abroad ang viewers, our tourism is not like Indonesia, Thailand or Singapore, maliit lang yang kita natin sa tourismo, OFW talaga ang bumibuhay sa Philippine Economy.

I do not blame Justin for moving to the Philippines. English language is utmost in the Philippines ( being a former US colony from 1898 to 1946 ) and cost of living in Philippines is way cheaper, retirees from other countries are allowed to permanently live in the Philippines. This is why many westerners from Australia, UK, USA, Germany, Ireland, NZ, Canada and from many countries are settling in the Philippines. It is NOT a perfect society and have crime and societal problems of its own ( as do other countries around the globe ) BUT the warm hospitality and culture and beaches of the country makes it most attractive to live and settle permanently.

There are 10x more foreigners living in thailand than philippines. The cost of living in thailand is also cheaper than ph. Bangkok is way way bigger and more modern than metro manila, infact you can fit 2 whole metro manila inside bangkok and it will still have space to spare. Hanoi vietnam also another city which has tons of foreigners.. philippines needs to catch up, but the rising cost of living in the philippines is turning a lot of foreigners off.

You won't get that for only $1000 including association plus wifi in Toronto or new York. Rent in America for condos are expensive now that's why they move to asia because lifestyle in the west is no longer sustainable. Mergims condo is already a winner for $500. He just need to do home decorating. I think foreigners or tourists should take advantage now of the weak peso. American coming to Ph now are the big winner.

I just want to comment on the 65 SQ. Mts. Condo. When you went out to the balcony, I saw the top of the next building has the centralized air-condition unit on its top floor. This adds noise in the daytime when fans are running, during nighttime it shouldn’t be a problem as apparently it is an office building. Of course this is only when you venture out to the balcony. That was my experience when I had a condo overlooking an office building with the aircond blowers on top. However, Condo is nicely furnished and with a good view.

In truth, the interior designs and architectures of the high rise buildings in the Philippines are beautiful and world class, especially the designs of the horizontal projects, i mean houses whose facades are not far from the house designs in modern cities. and country. If you have the time, you can view or actually visit the ongoing villages and subdivisions that are close to Metro Manila. Keep on touring bro, and we are looking for your unusual funfilled vlogging. Your vlogging is a one of a kind approach, very interesting and not boring especially for yuppies or young urban professionals! 🏖❤🤗 #NewSubsHere #PHLNiceDesignCondos #PHisBestIslandCountry #ItsMoreFunInPH #AffordableHousesPhl

Maybe he can tour my house. I own a minimalist house in a gated village with 24 hour security guards. It’s an open concept American style with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Italian kitchen custom made cabinets and fixtures. 2 bathrooms have Italian bidets.
