This is difficult. There was a long running TV-series (1966-2005) with clips about traffic and car safety tips called "Der 7. Sinn" (the seventh sense). This commercial was made in the same style with tips about how to reduce energy consumption but combined with matching images from the bank robbery. It might be interesting to watch some of the available clips from "Der 7. Sinn". They where funny and they did a lot of car stunts already 50 years ago. The clips about women steering cars are hilarious because they would be seen as bad jokes today but they where actually pretty serious back in the time.
