We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this KZfaq channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The KZfaq channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)
Volume 1: Step by step express entry process from know nothing about immigration all the way to getting an invitation to apply (ECA, IELTS etc). Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
Volume 2: Post ITA express entry process - documentation, samples, POF, Proof of work, medical, biometrics all the way to getting a stamped passport ;-) Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
Volume 3: Alternate ways of moving to canada | Provincial Nominee program - OINP, AINP, MPNP, NSNP, SINP, RNIP and more. Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
Save your money, and if you find these e-books useful, do not forget to buy us a coffee when you reach Canada :-)

Absolutely brilliant video. Almost everything you mentioned is relatable here in the US. When I first came here many people told me to work at the fast food restaurants because my accounting experience was not from the states. I proved them wrong by securing an accounting job. We should also have confidence and believe firmly in our dreams. Oh the introduction was the cutest 😍..

If someone already land in favorite destination that means main hurdle has been cleared but insight, nobody tells like how to clear main hurdle or their path already paved off. If you have reached your destination then person must have plan A or plan B that job challenges should be ripped off by doing in some way which suits their favorite profile otherwise person has missed main aspect for survival. So, above video is irrelevant in some sense but your comment feels to me like disaster.

Very wisely said, e need to upgrade rather than upgrading lifestyle. I am 40+, I am changing career now and took the challenge. Joint University of Toronto school of continuous course programme for Operations and Supply chain management course instead of job search as I wanted to upgrade my self and secondly, I am alone with children, even though few good offers came but I decided to wait till things goes back to normal . I had done some good courses from LinkedIn too. One more thing, the employment agencies also help. They give resume training n job search ,and mock interviews. Almost from year I am following you guys and majority things were on dot and same about this topic.

As suggested one should speak to at least 10 professionals from his/ her field to get insights of Job market, culture, professional lingo, certifications etc. How should one approach those professionals (via LinkedIn?) if he/ she does not know anyone already? Does the Canadian companies accept the apprenticeship as experience and I have seen many of them getting the job in Canada from India with only having 2 year of experience as a SDE. IS it possible?

Hi, thank you for all you've done. Absolutely amazing job! Is there a chance you can help me with just 2 questions regarding Express Entry? Can I connect/send them privately (over email / zoom call / Whatsapp / whatever channel is easier)? I tried to find an answer in your videos, but unfortunately couldn't.

I have a quick question guys , I am from retail background ( retail store manager ) here in india . In canada , retail jobs are usually considered as “Survival Jobs”. What do you suggest, do I have to pursue retail related courses to excel in my career or I need to think of some other career option. Just to add , I am waiting for my ppr and will be landing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Hope to get some input on this . Anyways, I love your videos and keep spreading vital information on all of your platforms. Have a nice day & God Bless..!!

After getting PR I gave 3 interviews in biggest MNC before coming to Canada. I am in Sales and my English was not upto Canadian standards. 2 companies rejected and one of the biggest MNC selected me for the entry level position of Sales Executive. I was a Sales Team leader back home and after 3 rounds of interviews they sent me offer letter. Guess the position? Director of Sales 😀 they said your level is much higher. Within 6 months of work in Canada, those companies who rejected me when I was in India, they were ready to give 20% hike with regional sales director position. This is Canada guys where they value your skills! Thanks Potato Talkies for making such great videos
