Dr. Sahab , testicular examination kaise karte hai , maine karke dekha mujhe lag rha dull pain wala lump type ka hai kuch , par ussi testis me mujhe varicocele bhi hai . Mujhe testicular examination kisise karwana chahiye? Mai doubt me hu ki vo lump hai ya epididymis hai. Mere jaane me koi urologists bhi nhi hai.

Sir what if there are no markers in blood, but a tumor is detected in testicle in ultrasound? Is it treated as a cancer or any further tests done to confirm? How do you make sure you are not misdiagnosing testicular tb as cancer?

Any solid mass in testes is considered cancer unless proven otherwise
