Waited 40 years to finally see these guys, then it happened on June 13, 2015 at Wind Creek in Atmore, AL. The concert was worth waiting for. FANTASTIC!!! Now I have a permanent ear worm of Boogie Wonderland.

The first time I saw Earth Wind and Fire was in 1974 at the Capitol Center in Landover, Maryland. I was 17 years old. Maurice White and EWF was working it. If I had the nerve I would have climbed on the stage and boogied with them. My very 1st live concert my mother let attend with friends. Chaperones of course. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE NUMBER ONE

Elvis Presley died 3 days before my birthday, and his funeral was on my birthday, so I always know how long it was since he died, and what day he died. But on a brighter note, going to see E.W.F in concert tonight! YAY!

I grew up with the best music anyone could wish for. I love this band, and still do. It was a very sad moment when Maurice passed as I was in Mauritius celebrating My wife's 50th birthday. We listened to their music all day. RIP

Rest In Love! This was the BEST LIVE ALBUM in my opinion. I have this on Cassette and CD. I loved the entire flow of this LIVE album. I loved the arrangements. Today upon hearing of MAURICE WHITE transition, gonna blast this one volume high. Legend, without a doubt he will be missed. Peaceful Journey Beautiful Brother.
