The thing with Boxing weigh-in, Canelo vs Munguia, boxing actually does weigh-in's right, in MMA the teams are so "brain washed" or something that the promoter (their boss...) takes sole care of the weigh-ins, no one from opposing team checks the opponent, no one, Rumble could had got a big money rise from DC, and still fight for the belt, and many others, boxing teams dont let that shit fly, who cares if they are private, be 100% sure, someone from Munguia and Canelo check the opponent was under 168lbs, guaranteed.

I think that, while the Stipe fight may not do crazy ppv sales, it still is a nice feather in the cap for his legacy. I think that Jon Jones is actually secretly fuming that he is often ignored or disqualified from GOAT conversations when, by his own estimation, he is obviously the best to do it. I think Stipe and Poatan would be a one-two punch to completely lock in his legacy as the greatest to ever do it. Potentially losing to Tom Aspinal does little to build his resumé while presenting sizable risk. Never underestimate Jon Jones ego and desire to rub his greatness in others' faces lol
