Justin Kander is the Patient Coordinator for The Oil Plant, a licensed manufacturer of whole-plant cannabis medicines in California. In 2008, he began collecting research and experiences surrounding the use of cannabis to treat cancer, and eventually published several books on the subject. The use of cannabis to treat the symptoms of cancer and associated treatments is well known, but a growing body of evidence shows how cannabis can also be used as a direct anticancer agent. In this presentation, preclinical studies showing the anticancer effects of specific cannabinoids will be discussed, along with human reports of remissions from aggressive cancers after using high doses of cannabinoids.

The strange thing about smoking Cannabis in moderation, but on a regular basis, is that you just don't ever have to go to a drug store. Aside from a broken bone of two I haven't seen a doctor in 30 years.

i have ALS herediatary C9 and ALs genes. I am in my 8th year and doing great. I have had to adjust somethings but eat , feed my self and walk with out a cane just not that far . Take care of myself. I started THC and Hemp gummies when i was diagnosed. 2016. and had gene tests and found out i had it. I sleep with a bi pap every night for 6 years or more and my lungs are still good with doing both of these things. My drs said is not medical possible. NOw i have breast cancer. I have upped my does a bit and also rubbing hemp oil and cream on my breast. I have had a polyp in my nose and put cbd cream in each nostral and in one week it was gone and never came back and my fatique left. I am not doing chemo. I will treat this with thc and hemp cream and orally. I am using myself as a my own test on all this and i no it helps als and slows it way down. I am hoping i can shrink or stop my breast tumer with breast cancer.

RSO is helping my mums stage 4 breast cancer. Her cancer has spread around her body in her leg, hip and neck. The doctor think that the medication is working but we have never taken it. My friend recommended RSO oil with CBD oil . We also have a cannabis cream.

The answer is yes. No matter who you are, if you are using cannabinoids including THC to kill cancer, you are going to have to get more high off of THC than one has ever been before. Even if you insert it in the form of suppositories, large doses will cause psychoactive episodes. However, aside from being uncomfortable, there really is no harm, only a cure at the end if you take enough. But if you are going to go that route, you can’t quit just bc it’s hard to deal with being that high, after a while your receptors desensitize and eventually you stop feeling anywhere near as high and then you can function like normal. My daily dose is almost always over 2,000mg of my own FSO, at first it was very rough but now it barely gets me high and I can function like normal where others would be on the ground passed out… except almost all of my issues are gone when I am on it. I went through 2 back to back spine surgeries with no opioids. Healing exceptionally fast considering they scraped my nerves and I woke up with a dead right calf.

I have also taken over 7,000 mg of ThC in the form of RSO on the days directly after surgery… worked amazing. Although the second surgery I had more of an anti cannabis surgery team… they still couldn’t convince me to take their poisons.

I have acombination of THC 10mgs/ml combined with CBD 10mgs/ ml. I have been taking Iml before bed. Is this enough to deal with metastatic lung cancer.

Most likely no where near enough. You will want to do at least 2,000 mg of CBD per day to prevent or treat the brain Mets (one of the most common met locations of lung cancer) and you will want to get to AT LEAST 1 gram of Cannabis Oil per day - trying to make it to 2 or 3 grams per day, suppositories may help a little with the over whelming psychoactive effects. Please also look into absorption enhancers like 20mg of piperine (You have to make yourself) and Sunflower Lecithin Softgels. It is extremely expensive to cure cancer yourself of cancer but if you are going to try please aim to take way more than expected.

I have both THC and CBD in separate bottles. My diagnosis was colorectal cancer with liver mets. I've had 2 tumors removed and 3 months of chemo,I'm telling the oncologist tomorrow that I'm not doing any more chemo. Can someone tell me which oil I should be using?

This is the danger, the danger that people will not seek medical treatment or drop their current treatment for this kind of quackery. The stories of people here are NOT evidence. We should really discuss the other receptors that utilize cannabinoids… like NMDA, AMPA, Kinase and other TRP and GPR receptors… seems to be the answer to why it still works even for tumors with limited cb1 and 2 receptors and also why there is a big asterisk next to dose dependence… amazing that cannabinoids also seem to have no lethal overdose for human adults… almost as if medically and logically speaking the science adds up… cannabis (specifically combining components to achieve the entourage effect) is the next world class antineoplastic agent… and one that doesn’t seem to kill healthy cells.

1 to 4 grams a day, less is needed if in combination with traditional chemo or immunotherapy. ❤

CBD is only a small part of the equation. Doses need to be massive to cure cancer and other age related illnesses like Alzheimer’s. General rule of thumb is based upon semi-successful anecdotes of 1 gram of RSO either ingested or inserted as a suppository… the general rule of thumb is not a cure but more of a treatment. The actual cure is extremely expensive and requires about 6 lbs (before I’m comfortable calling it a cure) of THC flower to make (RSO/FSO) plus 120,000 mg CBD - 240,000 mg CBD (1000-2000mg/day) plus 20mg piperine/day and 2400mg sunflower lecithin softgels/day. This should be taken over the course of 4 months and one will need to start slow with the THC and work their way up. Also, your doctor should be well aware of what you are attempting even if they disagree.

@@DukeGMOLOL i know that's NOT true. I myself did it several yrs ago with Gerson cancer diet therapy. tons of people have shown proof. I have cancer now again cause i went off a good diet lifestyle when the virus started. I have different cancer now. doing it again cause i know diet does make all the difference in the world at the cellular level. even my oncologist ( from yale with dozens of organizations behind him) told me he has had many cancer patients do it naturally with much success. I know MANY besides me who did the diet, supplements and other things in Gerson cancer diet and it works. so does many things. sometimes it does not on anything. Cancer and the body depend on many things. Some do chemo which kills the body, but they somehow shrink tumors. IS all those things do. they don't kill the Queen Been Cancer in body without changing your life which made you sick to begin with or it has high rate of return. and that's a fact. RSO, cannabis mix has shown best results in cancer hands down. Phamrs will want to do their research for the next 25 -40 yrs. ITS WHAT THEY DO. while many will be being healed. They keep on until they can ADD their synthetics to it TO MAKE MONEY! then it will create new issues in the body! uts what they do for profit. NO PROFIT IN RAW NATURAL. and nature is the best healer. many ways to kill a cat. For me, i want to heal body long term while trying to shrink the tumors I have. Gerson, RSO mix suppositories with flaxseed & sunflower oil, and essiac tea is my choice cause THAT i know works"first hand. And stay on iy period after tumors are gone.

The exact mechanism is they bind to cb receptors. The cell then imports the cannabanoids. The tail of the molecule binds to an enzyme called phospholipid disester synthase. Regular cells just remove it and continue, the cancer cells cannot and make leaky cell membranes. Potassium ions leak out, and calcium ions leak in and trigger apotosis by capitase activation. This also triggers an immune response. The effective dose would be in the 1 to 4 grams a day. In cycles of 3 to 5 days on then 2 to 4 days off. CBD is thr preffered weapon of choice because of the high dosage required, THC would have extremely strong psychoactive effects at that dosage, though it can be used at lower doses to help pain meds work better and help with nausea. CBD treatments are strongly synergistic in effect with immunotherapy, radiation and select chemotherapies. ❤

I really like how you started off but cannabinoids need to be mixed for best results. THC, CBD and CBN can all cause the same amazing effects alone but the doses would need to be catastrophic. Only god knows exactly how much CBD alone per day it would take to cure cancer, but I would assume even 4grams might not be enough especially against a very aggressive cancer. Buffers like Sunflower Lecithin Softgels and 20mg piperine homemade capsules are very helpful for increasing bioavailability. However, of the anecdotes and all sources of information, the entourage effect results in a more effective treatment. THC + CBD + THCa + terp sauce + multiple buffers has the support of many NiH articles and even patents regarding terpenes, flavonoids, cannabinoids and anticancer activity. There are even claims that better results follow the holy anointing oil from the Bible, that is mixing THC Oil w Olive Oil, Myrrh Gum, Cassia and Ceylon extracts. They believe that the ThC can help mitigate the negatives from higher doses of other anti cancer supplements like Myrrh and Cinnamon.

Rick Simpson oil which is made of the buds aka flowers, good ones are sticky with resin which is what you strip off the plant with a strong, edible solvent like very, very strong rum. There are quite a few videos on KZfaq (despite the censorship) on how to make Rick Simpson oil (RSO). Never make it over a naked flame, use an electric ring preferably outdoors as there are fumes from the process. Good luck with the process, love from London UK

I have been giving my dog CBD oil . She has a mammory tumours.. The tumour has tripled in size in the last month and the CBD oil has had no effect. The product was honey heaven. 50 per cent strength...waste of money £135.00 pounds for 10 mg. We bought four so far...

I'm just starting the video but there's something that i've been curious about because of the topic of Cannabis use and cancer treatment. With the evidence provided, would it be reasonable to assume that we could possibly develop entire highly effective anti cancer medications from THC and CBD that could possibly even eliminate the need for treatments such as radiation therapy to make way for new treatments?

Yes, we have the best curative treatment for most cancers but it is hidden behind a psychoactive wall and a politicized FDA. Read through US6630507B1, very advanced but if you can make it through… you can see the US bought up the patent that confirms cannabinoids have been the medicinal answer to most human ailments. From treating and possibly curing diseases like Alzheimer’s to almost every type of cancer.

You have ZERO studies in humans to back up your claim. The experiments you refer to are in vitro cell line studies and are meaningless with respect to humans. You have no studies in humans. Neither CBG nor THC has shown any significant success in humans against any type of cancer. Regards.

its just too bad that all of the cannabis sellers are only interested in getting rich, and make the cost of RSO hemp oil completely out of the reach of disabled veterans!. I have been treating my multiple myeloma with cannabis for the last 5 years, and I have now had it for 7 years with out any damage being done!. but now I have ling cancer and my doc says I wont survive surgery, so hemp oil is my only option and now I can't afford it!.
