Keeping cannabis on the schedule at all puts it at risk for bastardization from big pharma.

they will reschedule first and getting rid of 280 Taxation, will help everyone. Prescription Medical..then more steps down the line.

So if they reschedule to a schedule 3 requiring a prescription and you get a prescription can you still be fired from your job if it’s in your system even though you have a prescription?

100% fact it wont go to 2 .. it has to stay where it is or move to 3 .. while i think de-schedule is the ultimate goal . i think baby steps and most states go medical be4 rec. so they are just following suit. i just hope we dont allow and exacerbate the modified thc space . im tired of seeing all these made up things to skirt the law that went through a process. if they just gave everyone true weed we wouldnt need all the others
