Canned Tomato Sauce
3 kg of globe tomatoes
2 kg plum tomatoes
500 g green pepper
500 g red pepper
A bunch of parsley
Three heads of garlic
A glass of olive oil
A glass of grape vinegar
Two coffee spoons of salt
Three coffee spoons of paprika
Preparation:
We mash the tomatoes using a food processor together with their skins and have them totally mashed. Then put them in a pot and start to boil. On the other hand, we mash the red and green peppers using the food processor. Then fry them in a pan with olive oil, add the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper and boil them for 1 hour in total, until they thicken. We mash the garlic, chop parsley and add them together with vinegar one by one as I showed in the video. After we mix the sauce, we fill it in jars while it is still hot. We close the lids tightly with a napkin and turn it upside down and wait for one night. It would be nice if you pour a little olive oil on it while serving, it would be a nice and appetizing sauce, try it.
