As someone in the (very) early stages of building a family and generally dealing with chaotic times. I really appriciate this video. Having alternatives to fast food when times are hectic is something I've been trying to figure out. I really like the step by step, clear instructions and short and simple reasons why. You're doing good, thanks!

I am super new to this.. have only canned my homemade nc bbq sauce and then yesterday tried a small batch of pork loin/chicken... I am having a hard time finding ppl that I can adapt my reg use recipes to canning.. This fit my bill PERFECTLY!! Thank you and I look forward to goin thru the rest of your videos !

I liked this video. You did a great job here. You make your chili like mine. Only thing I do different is I add my chili powder and cumin plus garlic powder to my drained ground beef. I do that so I can judge the seasoning by the color of the ground beef. Of course we love extra garlic which is why I add garlic powder along with minced garlic. I've never canned my chili and seeing you do yours I think I will go ahead and can mine. Glad I found your channel.

Yes. I might add a bit more meat or veggies of your choice and follow canning instructions for ground meat or meat of your choice. Thanks for watching!
