Great overview Tyler. My camera for weddings is the Canon C100 MKii with the same 3 lenses that you use.

Nice Rig! You need to try the Canon 17-55 2.8 IS, the best lens for weddings for the C200 it made me never use the 18-35 again

Great video. Looking to get either a 1dx iii or a c200 for my weddings and corporate but leaning towards the 1dx. C200 is a little bulky for prep/park shoot, no?

Personally, I’d go for the C200 first. It’s bulkier, but is way more efficient on a shoot. NDs, XLR, log3 to name a few. But also it just depends on your shooting style!

Hey Tyler with that monitor you have can you pre-load LUTS? Can you also hook up a Ninja V to it? I have one and I am wondering if I should get another one to fit on the c200. But, if you can do that with your monitor that will be the best because of the SDI

Dope setup! Impressed that you use this kind of camera for weddings, it should produce really nice images for the couple. Do you find it practical for the run and gun conditions of the wedding day?

I find it very practical. Having built in ND, XLRs, etc makes it a fantastic run n gun camera 👍🏼

I actually don’t do weddings anymore but for those uses you mentioned, the C200 is a fantastic choice!

Love your contents on your channel. I've been using the GH5 with sigma 18-35 and canon 70-200 for weddings. C200 is definitely the camera I would like to get in the near future. Just wondering if you can set custom buttons on C200 to switch quickly the frame rates and also from Raw to Clog. On GH5, I use a custom dial to quickly change between 60fps and 24fps.

Totally depends on the situation. I don’t have the camera anymore but I was always impressed with the 8-bit image from that camera

So glad you like the LUTs! I usually mic the officiant with the rode pack and the. Tascam dr10 on the groom 👍🏼

Could you do a detailed video talking about the bmpcc6k vs c200? I'm looking at getting a cinema camera because I want to get more into cinematography with a dedicated video camera. After the BM is rigged out like a cinema camera, it's price is getting up there with the c200. I think more notably the size is already close to a c200 so would it make more sense to just get the c200 rather than trying to constantly battle with the formfactor and the very nature of the bmpcc rigging it out? I would also love to hear what you think of the workflow and color science between the two. Is there really an advantage to getting the c200? I wish it had prores because even if I shot RAW I would probably convert to prores anyway because I don't really want or need raw. In the end I figure I'm going to be making a very large investment and after the bmpcc was rigged out a lot of those parts would not be able to be carried over to other rigs because many are camera specific. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Is the lack of IS with the Sigma 18-35 an issue? Can you get stable looking shots handheld with it or do you use it with a tripod to go around that drawback?

When I want super stable, I’m definitely oh sticks. But when handheld, the weight of the camera gets rid of of the micro jitters which gives a really nice handheld look that I really like. Perfect for receptions 👍🏼
