I own all three, and they all suit me best depending on the occasion. R3->photographic speed and AF supremacy, best non-8k video of any non-cinema camera; R5->best portrait camera ever made by Canon, 8k; R6-> outstanding hybrid performance for the money, really good 4k, and more expendable relative to the others!

@@badboyvr4 Yes - I always have two bodies strapped to cover weddings and events to minimize lens changes and to be able to revert to one body immediately if one fails. Additionally, the 3rd body is usually covering a video angle since I often complement my hybrid video coverage with continuous recording video from a safety angle (or if not needed for video the 3rd body is in my car trunk or somewhere nearby in case I fall in a lake and mess up my two main bodies lol). Which two bodies I sling depends on the day - I like usually having the R5 and R3 for most days, unless I know I will be shooting thousands of pics where I favor the R3 and R6 since 45mpix in that use case is overkill.

Hooooo! Audi driver! Nice 👍🏻☺👍🏻.... Ha, yes... The camera... R3 is nice but very pricey for my needs and prefer the R5 resolution. One thing I would like to see in a future video, is R7 vs R5 for nature or sports shots, using the folowing setup: R7 with a 400 mm (or more) lens vs the R5 mounted to the same lens but adding a 1.4x TC to keep the focal lenght similar. I am curious to see how the high resolution cropped sensor R7 would do against another high resolution full frame R5 + 1.4x TC (and/or R5 using crop mode) ... would the final image quality, autofocus speed etc compare? 📷🔭🦉

Hey there, thanks for watching. Love Audi and Canon and Sony :) and all the other camera manufactures out there as well. I don't own the EOS R3 since I don't do much in sport- and wildlife-photography, but I love the EOS R5 for resolution and video capabilities. Now I am a lucky owner of a EOS R6 which is a great camera for me to have as a backup since the video settings are almost equal. Daniel

R6 is tops for everyday run-and-gun photography/videography. The R3 is an amazing camera but it is also beyond the price range of many shooters

I use canon r6 for my KZfaq videos. It is fantastic camera. I love it))))💙🌛I think that r10 or r7 is a fantastic cameras too for special tasks

Hi. I’m about to order new camera for myself, either r5 or r6, the question is will I see better picture quality, colours with JPEG’s when I invest in r5 ? And is it evf really much sharper/better in r5 I’m planning to buy the camera with 24-105 or 50 1.2

hey there, better JPEG's well. If I would get a camera for 4,5K I would go for RAW in any case and convert into JPEG later on. In any case it is a great camera. Daniel

Thanks. I appreciate the review. As you alluded to in your dialog, one of the distinctions about the R3, is it's ability to process high ISOs. I appreciate the effort to create sample files for us to see this, but when I downloaded the files, I didn't see notable differences with respect to ISO. You may want to look into that. Having heard that the R3 has distinct abilities in this area, I kept searching and eventually found these two resources: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p56IoMan3bWUYmg.html kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eNZynJt2z6-ykoU.html In both of these reviews, you can see that the R3, can successfully surpress noise well into some very high ISOs. Hopefully the links above are helpful to others who have been wondering about the high ISO capabilities of the R3.
