@@viandant5 thanks for that but, unfortunately, it doesn’t work. It just takes me to “Copy Intensity”. I’ve been messing around with it, and finally discovered that, if I then press “Okay” about 8 more times, I eventually get to it just saying “Copy” on the display. At that point, if I press “Black”, it does print. but it really seems like it isn’t the right way to do it.

OKay found a solution : I reset the printers settings from LCD, make sure to select "all "when asked which settings you want to be reset. My printer was new but I'd already messed with different settings before noticing the ADF did not work (never worked since printer was new). Then try again making a copy from ADF, if it works, cool, now change the rest of the settings as you wish but make sure those new settings you make does not turn the ADF feeding process off at some point. My region was set in Europe, language was changed too (not english), before I noticed ADF wasn't working, maybe it had something to do with the issue, for example.

@@viandant5 Thanks so much for your reply! I actually figured it out one way. It turned out that if the original graphic that needs to be enlarged is centered on the page the enlargement copy will move the graphic away from the center and outside the page depending on how big the enlargement is. So instead of centering the graphic I placed the graphic on the top left corner of the page and the enlargement copy came out OK with the graphic still visible within the page. Of course if my enlargement was very big like 400% the enlargement might bleed off the page partially so it really depends on the original size of your graphic and how big the enlargement is, but placing the graphic in the top left corner seemed to have solved my problem. @@viandant5 hello, the problem many of us seem to have happens from the printer side, not the computer side, so the issue has nothing to do with drivers issues, it's just that the printer does not offer the option to use the ADF when scanning, it just says on the LCD "put paper on platen" or something like, while the printer made a detection sound when placing the paper in the ADF, but still, won't offer ADF copying option. Hope it's clearer for you now

Yes, insert the sheet in the ADF, it will automatically detected or select Feeder in the PC window

I agree about the cartridges. At least the black one was useless. But I ordered a new one that came really quickly and it worked perfectly. That was the only negative I had.
