Mine is new. I bought new ink cartridges, things were fine for a while. But it stopped printing. The power button does not stop flashing. I've followed youtube videos and followed suggestions, but no change!

This is a nice printer for college students thanks for the video I'm going to use this for reports and financial statements(also forget about the immature kid in the comments) keep posting and making vids man

I think you can but check with Canon to make sure, just send them a email and they will get back to you right away and help you out.

@@kaylamcdonald8420 What I do is I download everything from my cellphone to my laptop. Then I'm able to print throughout the printer. It's very easy. Lol 😊

I guess I got the one out a million that is a dud..... I just want to throw against the wall and be done with it It makes such a racket and doesnt print anything IT HAS NEVER PRINTED ANYTHING I JUST SPENT 80.00 on XL CARTRIDGES NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

@@z-hut1663 I had to buy a new one because they couldn't find my receipt I bought it within the last 90 days but that's okay I'm taking the new one out putting the old one in and getting my money back Walmart can suck it their customer service 😡 their door greeters or receipt checkers can just go

What do you mean "They couldn't find your receipt"? Wouldn't we be the ones providing our receipt? Walmart told me it can not be over 40 days.

I found 3rd party replacement cartridges for 6 bucks on ebay, and now its on sale at walmart for $20

It's like $50 for blk & color ink cartridges. This is $20- for printer & 2 cartridges..good deal!
