Absolutely love this kid, was a little sceptical at first, i was unsure if he would produce the same he did back in Russia but the kids got an amazing heart, a great piece for Canuck’s, hoping to see him and podz on a lineup in the future

If you asked me a year ago, I'd say no way should he be captain. But this year he has proved himself as a leader. He's matured a lot, I think he's ready for the C.
