I am not agree with corrective action also 21CFR 211.192 for production control record review and for CAPA, correct us FDA guidelines for corrective actions and correction is 21 CFR. 211.150. No preventive word is used any where. 😊

Incorrect Preventive means to avoid recurrence. Corrective means what correction was done. Other is its not preventive action about monitoring fir 2,3 months. That's effectiveness check of the actions

Checking after 2 or 3 months of implementing corrective action comes under effectiveness of corrective action and not preventive action.

checking of CA action is not preventive what ever u explained is corrective and effectiveness of corrective action .....preventive action is to remove potential cause ...so u explain wrongly

7.05 It called effectiveness checking.. After capa employment capa shall be closed And effectiveness of capa shall be open for 2, 3 , 6 month as per requirement
