Your Vedio is good. I remember in one company they use to remove employees as solution to error. Maturity and sense level was very low of so called senior and highly unethical people. I feel pity on them. That too it was MNC company. They need high working on system.

Root cause is identified by digging deeper into the cause of non conformance so we are addressing the real cause of the problem instead of addressing just the symptoms. Potential causes are those that may not have caused the non conformance yet but identified during the risk analysis as having a potential to cause non conformance and have to be managed accordingly.
