I really wanted to like this and it says at the end that the recipe is on his website. It should be here or a link. He just wants you to click his site i guess. Turned me off, i will make another recipe. Do you know liquid measures are for liquid and not dry ingredients?

@@lesterross1 I don't, because everybody loves it. My cooking is pretty well known in a few friend circles. Good chefs know ingredients amount by taste, and everyone has different taste buds. If you really want a recipe of oatcakes, it's "some oats with however amount of leftovers sugars and butter(shortenings, traditionally) you have" because that's what these recipes are.
