BWC waloun nay start may kaha k ye low cost housing society ha ab development charges k sath unhoun nay bomb gira diya end users per. Jab k Baqi societies nay tho low cost ka dawa nahi kia tha. BWC nay baray taraikay say lougoun ko low cost ki waja say trap kia our ab qurbani development charges ki mad may apnay clints ki karein gay

Quality Construction Ka be issue AAA Raha 2022 ky bad sy . Iny chiaya ky without charging extra money and quality Construction ky sat villas hand over kery . Taky overseas log Khush hon and further investment Ka sochny and recommend be kery APny doston KO. Ab agar 5 Marla ky choty Ghar per be full payment ly lyny ky bad ya log 10 to 15 lakh charge kery gy , to kon further investment kery ga , koee be nahee . Please iny boly hosh ky nakhun lye. Ziadti mat kery.

I saw capital smart and bwc simultaneously almost 2.5 years back and opted for Bwc just because of rates but 😢 with broken heart I severely regret my decision. On the other hand my brother invested in Capital smart and enjoying his fortunes.

csc ne jo members ke sath kiya hai wo aapko ni pata. Pocho executive walo se or villa walo se or unse jinki plot ki land hi ni hai sirf map pe plot hai.

Hi To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange. And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business. Kind regards
