But not the intelligence to foresee the consequences of her action. We call these people "dumb". They are all miserably misguided and have no inkling of the results of her words and conduct. Clearly, she is not a leader and she makes a very dutiful sheep. Many states have enacted laws directing that if their crimes have caused injury to others, and they publicize their conduct as in a book, the profits can be applied for the benefit of the injured person. A good lawyer can follow her sales of the book and bring an appropriate action to have the profits applied to the benefit of the family of the dead policemen or other injured party.

They really wanted to go do this and they did it eagerly because they thought that Trump was nearby and would surely provide his approval for this conduct. Jenna WAS a real estate agent in Frisco, TX the home of the Dallas Cowboys training facility and headquarters. This is Collin country. Several of the top people in January 6th are from Collin county. The man who told his children if they tell he will K them are from Wylie, TX. The leaders of the Oath Keepers the man with the eye path lived in Little Elm, TX. This is all one county. Last year we had a mass shooter at the outlet mall in Allen, TX who was a supporter of these people. This is considered a good area, a suburb outside of Dallas. I have lived in this area for more than 30 years and never seen anything like this until Trump. Very sad to me how Americans have turned to this way of thinking. Jenna wants us to respect the way she believes but her beliefs was to over throw our democracy. I will certainly not respect that of any so called American. I also find it absolutely insane that someone can quite literally storm the capitol and only go to jail for an extremely short period of time. That is crazy to me. It's like the entire American prison system is out of whack. People go to jail for long periods of time for crimes much more petty than literally storming the nation's capitol.

Traitors hey wait Perri I thought taking to the streets was our right and a noble cause when we the people see wrongs that need to be righted, regardless of the fact. All the riots that took place after Pink got killed were called that by the media and the Dumbocrat Party. So why was "insurrection" day any different? My guess is that when it comes to our property, our business, our place of work, our safety, doesn't count as much as the crowd in DC. But anyway lets hope the next insurrection is well a real insurrection.

I wonder how many are truly remorseful. I’m remorseful of things I did and said years ago now that my understanding, experience, and maturity have progressed. I can say I’m honestly remorseful for a lot of things, but it took time for me to be able to see it. I find this type of remorse no different than my 6 year old being “sorry” after losing her toys for smacking her little sister.

In this case, I hope that justice prevails and the judge punishes her to the full extent of the law. She does not sound as she has even accepted responsibility or did anything wrong - maybe she will have to learn the hard way. Just from her attitude, it is one of entitlement. For God's sake people died and suffered life changing injuries - she makes it sound like it was a walk in the park and a tour of our capitol.

In the interview she says that she thinks the tweet she made is a reason she is going to jail, not because she did anything wrong with the purpose of "going to war" or "breaking windows" at the capital.. Therefore she thinks that the prosecution, judge and jury are out to "get her" . She like others, instead of taking their medicine, are still spreading lies. There is a solid population of Americans who have made it through life thus far by deflecting responsibility for everything and putting their fingers in their ears to block out objective truth and fact (which can both be really unpleasant to deal with). American society unfortunately has coddled and accommodated these people for centuries- only in the past five years have these people felt a serious wind of change that society is evolving to no longer tolerate their fuc*ery. I really hope Jenna gets the label of "convicted felon" upon release. She'll fall right in with the MAGA crowd (many are criminals themselves) but find herself barred from many opportunities in mainstream society

I didn't read it like that at all. I thought he was being nice to her. He was saying as a DEFENDANT she isn't that interesting. Meaning what she did on Jan 6. was minor and not that big a deal compared to some others, I don't think that was meant to be a burn at all. I think he was saying based on what she did that day, and her part in the insurrection she should not be getting as much attention as some others. That she's a minor figure in the events of that day. And that's why she's UNINTERESTING. Now if you're just a minor figure among the mob of that day, someone who just got "caught up in the events of the day", and also didn't partake in the violence, then logically you shouldn't be punished or demonized as much as some others That's not much of a burn. Now that is what I think he was saying. What I would say might be something else.
