When you wash the fan, keep it stady, don't spin the fan with the water jet. If the fan will spin faster than the nominal speed, you risk damage the bearing and also unbalance the fan.

18:25 That A/C condenser is leaking. The big oil stain in the middle that's catching dirt, that's refrigerant oil seeping out. It's leaking pretty bad, too. Normally you see a small spot leaking. Looks like it was in a minor front end accident, seems like the condenser fan impacted it. (I think they just washed it for us, at 30:56 that looks like a brand new condenser.)

You can use oven cleaner but be very careful because it is very corrosive with aluminum, so don't keep the solution more than 10 min on aluminum. After using the solution, rinse very good the surface
