When you wash the fan, keep it stady, don't spin the fan with the water jet. If the fan will spin faster than the nominal speed, you risk damage the bearing and also unbalance the fan.

The first few times you spray with high pressure water/air onto yhe evap/cond coils and raadiators, etc, you always do this from the opposite direction of the airflow going thru these coils/radiators. Now you are forcing the cacked on durt and debris further into these parts, as of doing this from the other side/direction.

Do not spray any kind of Acid on condensor, evaporator or radiator coil otherwise it will leak after soon due to corrosion because acid is harmful for metals.
