buts that’s not the fix, a few weeks and it might bend down again, you need to adjust the hinges

Do not use this tool. It’ll wear down your hinges and it’ll droop worse in a month.

I'm assuming the bolts on the hinge were loose while they were using the tool.

Honestly don't think so. Oftentimes the hinge just starts sagging due to bending or wearing of the pin, not the bolts dropping. The tool probably bends it back up

Check if the door snags the fender at any point. If not it could be the sliding mechanism that keeps your door in certain positions when open

Almost certainly the door jack or the catch inside for it, little indented rod that comes from the pillar and lets your door have various opening positions.
