Sir, insurance inspector agar corruption kre ya mange to ? Kyuki zyada tar halat me yehi hota he ki insurance inspector and cars ki service kar ne wale jo car ka estimate nikalte he. Unki phele se mili bhagat hoti he. Or wohi claim k paise fix karte hai.

Very nice information brother. I would like to share one more case where insurance company may reject our claim. That is called consequential damages. E.g. if driver drives over a big rock lying on the highway and engine sump and other underbody parts get damaged then insurance company can reject such claims. I remember one article about it on team-bhp blogs.

My friends Scorpio got damaged by army convy on jammu srinagar highway... The truck in front couldn't move forward on incline and came back and one truck behind hit the Scorpio..the Scorpio got sandwiched between those two trucks badly damaging the bonnet boot, front and rear bumper, headlights...but all the items were accepted in insurance claim...

Two things more,Pre existing damage v cover nhi hota hai as per policy, wo v reject ho jata hai and if customer take wrong NCB, then claim will be also reject and reputation

बिहार में लोग Insurance दुबारा नहीं कराते जल्दी । यदि कराते भी हैं और यदि संयोग से Accident हो भी जाता है तो पूरा पैसा वसूल लेते हैं। वर्ना staff की ठुकाई और उसके office की कुटाई कर देते हैं। company को लेने के देने पड़ जाता है।

Go to the consumer forum with all relevant documents including your booking slip, payment receipt . Also if they have mentioned on the booking slip that delivery will be after a month then you can take them to task further. Also include mental harassment, stress caused due to their delay. Try and get call recordings also with their sales advisor and even SMS or wahts app. All this will help you. Best of luck
