सर आपने बहुत ही अच्छा सुझाव दिया है। ईस video में लेकिन सर आदमी बहुत मेहनत करके अपनी खुन पसिने की कमाई से अपना कुछ शोक भी पूरी नही कर सकता है। क्योंकि आप लोग Demotivate कर देते हो। पैसा बचाइए , यहाँ invest करिए , बहाँ invest तो सर मेरी परेशानी बस इतनी सी है। कि video आपने कहाँ से शुरू किया और खत्म कहाँ पर किया और सर पैसा बचाते बचाते आदमी खुद को भी नही बचा पाता क्या पता अगले पल किसी इंसान के साथ क्या हो ? तो इस लिए जिनके पास जिंदगी जिने और परिवार चलाने तक का secuerty हो धन हों। वो लोग बिन्दास अपनी कार लें। अपने शोक को कभी नही मारना चाहिए बस शोक बुरी नही होनी चाहिए

brother mai khud ek invester hu or mai yahi raai dunga ki pehli purchase kabhi bhi ghar or gadi nahi honi chahiye...wo asset nahi liability hoti h jiski value sirf giregi hi unless aap usko commercial use ya resale k liye le rahe, toh wo asset hua. warna usse behter hoga ki aap sips ya bonds me invest kar k apni savings ko pehle badhae jisse yes bhale abhi aap apne shonk pure nahi kar paenge but unn 4-5yrs me investment kar k aap apne aane wale 20-30 yrs and old age secure kar lenge. Baaki aakhri decision sapk khud ka hi h kyo ki india me 90% log ghar, gadi jaisi chizo me hi paisa dhuba dete h. Yeh chize lo...shonk pure karo par tabh jabh unko kharidne se aapke upper ya income pe koi asar na pade.

Just to correct one thing that tax rebate under section 80EEB is now not available . Such tax deduction is only available on loan section between 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2023 for the purchase of EV.

Always go for maximum tenure. Your emi will remain constant but your salary will increase. If it doesn't sell your car. But always go for a lower amount Now. In this example - if 22k-14k I. E. 8k is in ester pm. then you will end up having a lot more money. And your salary will keep on increasing yoy and hence you will feel less burdened.
