すげーな。クリアのカラーは少しの深さ（厚み）で色が変わってしまうので、ここまで均等に同じ色にするのは不可能に違いと思う。

For newer cars I don't think this would be economical it's very labour intensive and a new replacement part would be cheaper, but this guy could make a fortune repairing lights for older classic cars for which replacement parts are often very expensive and difficult or even impossible to find.

Эпоксидка и рядом не стоит с изделиями из поликарбоната. Мы на производстве 3 года пытались сделать копию стекла от фары. Бюджет был у нас грубо говоря не ограничен. Материалы подбирал преподаватель сопромата из МГУ. На солнце эпоксидка нагреется и станет мягкой, будет произвольно деформироваться. Со временем, любая эпоксидка желтеет. Та из которой льют столы держится 5-7лет но потом тоже желтеет.

@@povorotnetuda2019 а то что он использовал уф-при затвердевании? Нет... У них показатели теже? Зы в данном случае думаю это раритет на гаражное хранение, так что главное вид. Под лаком и в окраске вряд ли быстро или вообще заметна будет желтизна. А вот про столы заливают.. Да. Как не колеруй это смешение цвета будет и полировка не поможет...

Fine skills like these are passed down through the generations from father to son. His father taught him the ways of the 3d printing pen, silicones and resin, ancient techniques at its finest. On a serious note though, nice work from planning to execution, patience is key (and the appropriate tools).

A lot of engineering goes into light assemblies. They must diffuse light evenly from the bulbs, they must breath but not leak and work in extreme temperatures. He's restoring these functions.

Really nice work. It takes so long time that suitable only for those parts which can not buy any more but today those parts can be made by using 3D scanner and plastic printer. This way might be made stronger parts

on the one hand it's impressive how this guy can repair the lights. It just looks like original and this is awesome. on the other hand i guess this whole process needs several dozens of working ours and like 200-300€ of material. So in sum you spend kina 1000€ to repair a light, which you just can buy for "only" 400€ brand new.

Подошли с умом, вместо того чтоб купить новую или бу фару, решили востоновить и сломать другую целую фару, логига на 100% работает, давай говорит востановим одну фару, а другую сломаем.
