Ragi instant 6gr
Air 260ml
Gula 60gr
Garam 1sdt
Butter/Margarine 100gr
Kuning Telur 1 butir
Bahan laminasi 250gr Buttersheet

Pro high wheat flour 500gr
Instant yeast 6gr
Water 260ml
Sugar 60gr
Salt 1 tsp
Butter/Margarine 100gr
1 Egg Yolk
Laminated material 250gr Buttersheet

270ml Susu Cair FullCream
2 Kuning Telur
60gr Gula Pasir
24gr Maizena
1/2sdt Vanili Cair
2 Sachet Kopi ( saya menggunakan White Coffee )
30gr Butter

Coffee Cream Recipe
270ml FullCream Liquid Milk
2 Egg Yolks
60gr Granulated Sugar
24 grams of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Vanilla
2 Sachets of Coffee (I use White Coffee)
30 grams of butter

@@imamsugeng9139 Sangat bisa pak, untuk pengerjaan lebih mudah karena titik leleh suhu ruang di tempat kita bisa di toleransi korsvet. Minus nya kalau pakai korsvet gak dapet Aroma butter nya pak. Kalau mau pakai korsvet untuk laminasi, Doughnya bisa pakai butter. Perkuat isiannya menggunakan butter juga pak.
