قدره قادر الطريقه في طاسه اضع 120 جرام سكر علب نار هادئه حتي يتكرمل السكر اننزل عايه 40 جرام ميه دافيه واقلب جيد واضعه هى صنيه لعمل باقي الخطوات ثانيا لعمل الابراى او الكريم في بوله اضع 4بيضات وعليهم 60 جرام سكر و350 لبن اوي حليب ونصف معلقه صغيره فانليا واقلب جيد اواعمله في الخلاط ثم اصفيه و اضيف الخليط على الكرامل الا في الصنيه ثالثا لعمل الاسبونج كيك في بوله اخري نحضر 3 بيضات و90 جرام سكر اضربهم جدا بالمضرب الكهربائ حتي يهيش اضع 75 جرام دقيق و15 جرام كاكاو واقلب الخليط بحرص انزل بالدقيق علي ثلاث مرات ثم اضيف 50جرام ذبده و30 ملي لبن اخيرا يضاف خليط الكيك للصنيه فوق الابراي وتدخل الفرن في صنيه اخري علي حمام مايء ياريت اكون كتب كل شيء علشانكوياحبايب قلبي مفيش دعوه حلوه لبناتي الا مطلعين عنيه
