Caramel Rice Payasam Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make caramel rice payasam recipe in tamil. This caramel payasam can be made with just a handful of ingredients. I have used raw rice in this recipe but the recipe can also be adapted to regular rice or basmati rice. Cooking this recipe for long time period will produce a rice pudding like consistency.

Serves: 5
Ingredients for Caramel Rice Payasa recipe:
1/4 cup Raw Rice
1 Liter Milk
1/4 cup Sugar + 1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Hot Water
Cardamom powder
2 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp broken Cashews
2 tbsp Sugar

Hi steffi ... a small suggestion from my side for recipes ... kindly post the below recipies in your channel 1) Flavoured bread - banana flavour , vannila flavour , etc ( i m not telling about jam / bread spread ) .. i saw a shop in singapore where they infuse flavours while baking bread which was really nice to taste 2)crispy nachos - mexican style / tortilla chips 3)chilly cheese nuggets 4)mozerella sticks
