That was lucky unlike the first weekend away. We booked a hardstanding pitch no knowing the road to the pitch was a mud bath. 🫣 Then on The Sunday it was that horrible drizzle with spray all down the A1. We got back, the tow cover is a muddy mess with the back and sides looking worse than ever. Still an hour cleaning sorted her out ready for the next trip 👍 Hoping for a dry spring and summer so I don't need to plan a day with her at home to clean. 🤣

We live just south of Durham so yeah fairly close. 👍

Hi Paul / Sarah. We think we've found the perfect layout and size for us and occasionally with the grandkids in tow. We've specified a few extras that just makes it everything we think we'll need. It doesn't actually feel bigger on the back of the car as it's only 1600 mtplm with the upgrade. 😍😍

Nice caravan that 1 John. We had a brief look inside. Think we've got our perfect layout with this. Just a Shame we don't have room at home for it.

So many on the market so really hard to come to a final choice 😕 The music comes from our subscription to license songs from Epidemic Sounds. It was interesting that we spoke to 3 dealers looking at 2 Bailey caravans and 1 swift. The figures were all within a few hundred pounds 💷 so negligible really. What we were surprised of was just how little we lost on our initial purchase price.

No Dave. No room anywhere this side of Durham in insurance approved storage.

That is the saving grace. 5 mins from work and handy for whatever direction 👍

They had a closed waiting list there when we got our first van but that was about 12 years ago. Good access to the motorway, is it 24 hours, 7 days a week? The place prior to our current storage was restricted to the dealer opening hours who had the storage at the back, 9 to 5 and only 6 days a week.

It's 7 days a week but restricted hours unfortunately 😕

So pleased for you both. You've got a lovely caravan. 😍 Our new caravan is only 10 inches wider and 100kg heavier. It didn't feel too different bringing it home but it was empty. Might be different when it's loaded up. 😏

You're dead right Ronald. Hardly any difference at all. Just a bit more room and swing on the tight corners due to extra length and width 👍👍

They actually had one there to sell so it was 16 days from order just to get it through the workshop and fit the bits we specified

That's the way we all used to buy see what you like and get it straight away would not want to wait long months for a van well done . I will have to keep my wife away from ropers !

The entrance was to the club site. We wouldn't film the storage entrance for our own security as well as others.
