I've never heard of this artist, but this was a cool song. I like recommending new stuff to people, but equally enjoy when I can be introduced to music/artists I've never heard of before.

Lovely to see you two encountering this piece. It's one of my favourite VNV pieces, and you're the first I've found that gives it a proper listen on YT. I'd personally recommend Further, God of All, All Our Sins, Saviour (Vox), and Standing - Motion. A few of my favourites that I haven't seen you two look at yet. Further was how I found out about VNV at all, through an arrangement from a group called Lifeforce, used in the credits of an old freeware game. Still remains one of my most loved pieces to this day.

my favorite song from VNV nation is "Kingdom" and "all of ur sins" but I'd great that you heard this one.

hey, that was awesome! i have to put it onto my playlist. perfect industrial sounds! for your information, the beach in the first scenes of the video is reynisfjara in iceland with its black sands. the currents are strong, the water is cold and gets deep very quickly. every seventh wave is much bigger than the waves before so a lot of people are dragged into the sea. and die.

IMO, Ronan Harris has a very similar voice to Peter Gabriel, but (!) while Gabriel has a better technique, range, etc. Harris give it all, you were right in your comments, very human. Love VNV Nation. Hope full you react to some more in the near future.

One of maybe a handful of songs by VNV Nation that I like. They work best in small doses for me. I would like to recommend the song "Shadowshow" by Iamamiwhoami (for ease of pronounciation: I am, am I, who am I), the Swedish duo of Jonna Lee (or Ionnalee when solo, whom you reacted to a while back) and Claes Björklund (the guy playing the church organ in the Ionnalee video you reacted to).
