Found out its not just the size but the level in combo of the dead body size from tests level 5 dodo not much increase level 150 massive increase, level 5 trike some increase 150 almost full, level 5 megalodon (don't ask) very decent, level 150 megalodon near to max, didn't test tek dinos because of rarity of 180 tek dinos. Could go the same for taming effectiveness size and level but tests are inconclusive but would highly recommend getting a pen full of wild creatures that flee from combat, dodos, pigs, parasaurs, moschops and diplodicus. Decent are trikes, direwolfs, sabers, rhinos, mammoths, hyenadons, snakes and beetles are better but with risks. Worst ones to use as feeding are Arthros, spiders, troodons, raptors, mantis, kentros, therozinos, carnos, allos and all larger creatures due to damage, speed and damage reflecting. (Ps would not recommend the cage as it can confuse it because hexagon didn't appear for me at all after 5 feeds)

I'll add a little pro tip cause people seem to forget while doing this on creative/god mode. When you carry a corpse to it, him eating after the sniff animation counts as attack and it will hurt, a lot. Also feeding it through gates can be wonky, I had mine sniff but not eat until I released it and before doing any feeding, it's best if you deaggro it from the gates.

People dont really tell ya how to effectively get its friendship bar up but if ya having trouble with it heres what do: tame some trikes, get two breeding pairs, maybe tame a dimetrodon if the weather is absolutely horrendous for hatching eggs Get the trikes to breed, hatch the eggs, get exactly two babies in a cyro, find your carca, Get a good walking distance away from said bitey boy and get your baby trikes out, and wait a few seconds before SLAUGHTERING THEM, wait til they ragdoll and they should be dragable, feed both to the carca shortly and you should get the bar up no problem with just two babbehs The friendship bar is not effected by taming speed, its pure effected by how heavy the creature is (Drag weight), but since you cant carry shit on normal rates, you gotta go kill lil babies of large dinos.. Hope this helps, ya stupid dogs...
