Cardiac/Telemetry Nursing Brain Sheet
Hi everyone! Today I am sharing the brain sheet I used back when I was a cardiac nurse working in Telemetry. There are thousands of ways to do this, this was just what worked best for me. I hope you can take something away from this and possibly incorporate it in your own brain sheet! Please remember protocols may vary from hospital to hospital, but this is just to give you a general idea how I made and used mine.
Thank you for watching!!
Feel free to let me know in the comments if you have any questions or if you would like to see anything else!
I have a bunch of videos planned so stay tuned! Follow me on my Blog, Instagram, and TikTok @tidbitsfromemily if you don’t already so that you don’t miss out!

About
Hi! My name is Emily. I am a Registered Nurse in the state of California. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. I am currently an Entry Level Master’s (ELM) in Nursing graduate student in route of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner! I am an adventure seeker and foodie who has an ardent passion for nursing, hiking, swimming, running, and all things health and fitness related. However, I will be the first to admit that I have a sweet tooth and a weakness for lattes and anything chocolatey. This is my humble space to share my passion about nursing, health, nutrition, and fitness, as well as my life, travels, and adventures. Thank you for stopping by!

My experience is in the icu, with all the charting we had to do, I wouldn’t have enough time to write down as much as you have.. but I can see how this would be helpful to refer to!

I am starting on a telemetry unit in Detroit on December 7. I am relatively inexperienced but I am looking forward to the challenge. I downloaded your template and intend to use it in my practice. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to learning as much as I can from you.

Congratulations!! So happy to hear that. That is so exciting! Telemetry may be challenging and fast-paced at times, such as when a patient is decompensating, but with a strong team by your side, I am sure you will have a good experience. Wishing you all the best! Thank you for your support!
