Lauren knows her ball. Cardinals absolutely need to leave the first round with one of the top-3 WR’s even if it’s not MHJ and I agree with Tyler’s assessment of using some of the extra capital to trade up and leave the first round with two true franchise building blocks.

Good show. Tyler excellent as always. Very impressed with Lauren. She knows her stuff. I could see her fill in on the radio side when needed.

I agree with Lauren with regard to the worst case scenario. The Cards can't afford to miss out on one of the top 3 WRs if they trade down. Only plausible trade down is with the NY Giants (6th overall pick) to get more draft capitals for the Day 2.

Arizona’s best case scenario is to trade with Minnesota and have three first round draft picks this year. if Arizona does not leave the first round at least two of the three following positions then they have failed, cornerback, defensive tackle, and edge rusher. this is incredibly deep, historically, deep, wide receiver, class address at later in the draft the other positions listed above are limited and talent, and take them early if you want to address the positions which we desperately need more than a wide receiver.

At 27 I would take Darius Robinson from Missouri

Best case, most likely wont happen, but trade back to 6, for 47 and future 1st. Then take 47 and use it to trade back up to 5 and take MHJ. So we still get our guy and come away with the giants 25 1st!

Idk why were hating trading up to 5 if we trade down from 4. It's not gonna cost more, no qb tax... let's me real. If we trade 4 for 11, 23, 2025 1st, and a 2025 3rd. And then trade to 5 for 11 and 27. Get mhj at 5, end up at 23, and have 2025 1st and 2025 3rd out of it. We do it.... like don't get why you wouldn't.

Unfortunately I get the vibe that Monti is DEFINITELY "getting cute." I want MHJ, but yes, definitely gotta have one of the top three WRs. I very much agree with Lauren's Best Case and Worst Case.
