The Cardini change is also a move you really need to use a mirror for. It's one of those moves that look good from the performer's angle but looks bad from the spectator's angle unless if you've practised in front of a mirror

That trick at the end is one of my favorites I've ever seen. It's so simple, yet I think it has such a powerful effect on the spectator. I know how you're doing it and still kind of amazed.

I have an awesome trick with the cardini change. You visibly flick a signature off of one person's card with is held in your hand and his signature lands on the card that has been sitting on the table the whole time, and which has been signed on the face by another spectator. Now oddly, that one card has both of their signatures on it. This requires no special setup and you end clean. You do it like this: It does require that move where you swap out a palmed card for a tabled card, which can be tricky. Also for best effect so the signed card's face will be visible in your hand all the way to the table, you should use that Marlo move that is sort ofo the reverse of that Monte move, for tabling the card. (though technically any double lift switch will do the trick!) Roughly, that move will be described, and the trick goes like this: Flip a double on top of the deck, showing a face. Have the face signed, carry the double all the way down to the table while showing the face. At the last moment you'll pull that card in to palm it and switch it out with the "dummy" card. taking the double off the deck, you hold it kind of like the snap change except with all four fingers covering the edge of the double, not just two. As you place the double face down, your thumb and fingers do a sort of motion that's like rubbing your thumb against the inside of your fingers, all the way up from your pinkie to your index finger - when holding a double, this splits them apart. That is the mechanism you use to pull the visible face card of the double back into a palm in the very last moments before that "dummy" card is placed face down. Now bring the palmed signed-face back and deposit it on the top of the pack. Have a second card selected by a different spectator and use that move from Chris Ramsay's card-to-mouth to do it. basically you'll wind up flipping a card face up to show them the card they stopped on, and then as you flip it back face down again, you'll drop the card with the signed face on top of it secretly. Watch Chris' video for it, it's easy. Now have spectator two sign the back of "his card" which is in fact the card with the other spectator's signature on the face, while you hold that half of the deck for him. Now the card on the back of the pack shows his signature and on its face it has the other person's signature. Using the cardini change, _flick the signature off of the card_ toward the tabled card. _Do not tell your spectators what you are doing! You need this moment of misdirection while they stare at the amazingly now-ink-free back of the card. Instead of pulling the signed card all the way under the deck, quickly palm it with your right hand and move your hand holding that palmed card to the table. You need to get to that card before anyone realizes what you're trying to do because you don't want them to look at the back of the card that is resting on the table, because it has no ink on it. So now use that one-handed gambling/monte move to swap the card on the table with the one palmed in your hand. And Voila, you have just flicked a signature off of one person's card on the deck and it landed on the tabled card signed by the other spectator. Go get em :+1:

Another thing you can do is control the selected card to the top, do the cardini change (dirtying bottom of the deck) and cut the deck. You can even ask the spectator to shuffle. When you spread the deck, the selected card will be the only one facing up. (just did this with no intention while practicing)
