Thank you Dr. Cal Shipley - that video was extremely helpful and the best I could find for IABP. I always had a hard time understanding how the deflation of the balloon decreased the afterload on the heart until you informed me that it creates a suction when deflated. Love all of your videos and please keep doing what you're doing!
