Cardiovascular Punishment Ver 2
1 rep is :
10 10ct bodybuilders with jumping jack
10 4 ct mountain climbers
10 10 navy seals
10 4ct flutter kicks
10 4ct jumping jacks.
I did ten rounds, 100 10ct body builders (200 pushups), 100 4ct mount climbers, 100 navy seals (300 pushups), 100 4ct flutter kicks, 100 4ct jumping jacks.

I'm 3 months in to doing this routine 3 times a week and it's helped me lose ten pounds and build muscle. It's the hardest and best routine I've ever done. FOR THOSE JUST STARTING: Modify some of what he's doing in order to get through to the end. It's a CARDIO challenge (not a strength challenge) so make sure you can get all the way to the end. You'll see changes in your cardio within a week or two. You can go back and add back the things you modified once your cardio (and arm strength) improves. For example, I did not have the arm strength do do the full Navy seal at the start so I took out the burpee. 1 month later, with my cardio and strength up, I went back and put the burpee back in. Keeping pace with Wolf is hard so pause and take a few breaths where you need to. I'm now running 5 miles on my off day and destroying this routine 3 to 4 times a week. It's STILL the hardest routine I've ever done which is why it's so effective. Wolf's speech at the end is also important to hear so again, make sure you get all the way through. It's hard - but in the best way possible. Thank you to Art - this has been a game changer for me.

I'm an "old timer" Veteran, so I still call those Squat Thrusts. I've added them to my workout since seeing this video series. It's never too late. I'm in better shape at 62 than I was in my 40's. I learned Butterfly swim stroke at age 56. No excuses, young men.

Other than fitness, Iron Wolf has taught me what it really means to be a man of my word. If I so much as have a passing thought of, "I'm going to do that for my next workout" being a man of my word means that I stick to that and I do it for my next workout.

This is brutal. Did two rounds this morning, and I'll do two more after lunch. Maybe two more after dinner. The hardest part for me is that I'm not used to doing pushups so I get burned up on the seals and the bodybuilders. I'll work up to this!

Honestly, I always thought, most people my age aren't really exercising, so any exercise I do is good enough, right? But you inspire me to take it to another level. At the end of the day, as you said in another video, it's your body and you have to take care of it. I'm inspired to push myself to build stamina and strength, not mass. You really are lethal! Working with yall here on 11/27/22! Great routine, and as mentally challenging as I remember it from a year ago. This time though I was much closer to keeping pace with the Wolf. It's 66 in my basement; Art was acclimatized to the desert heat like a boss to scorch this burner like he did. Respect.

I feel like I have found a kindred spirit in Iron Wolf. The approach of high rep, high difficulty and no compromise. British soldier and PT here: came across your channel a few days ago and decided I'd throw in a workout to see where I level up against you. Did this and your military full body routine today and yesterday respectively - I may have put my own British spin on the burpee element 🤫 for an added spice.
