Hello sir . I have one question. Is it necessary to having one year hospital experience ya we can apply as a fresher. Please tell me mame 🙏 I'm so confused .should I take experience or not. Isn't one year experience waste of time because in UK we all are same .having experience or not it's okay. I heard that. Can I apply as fresher in all NHS vacancies? Please tell me I'm so confused
