Hey Dooby! Wanted to thank you personally from the Filipino community for cooking our dishes from our home land!!! It means alot to our community and I wanted to spread some love by giving some advice on a better/yummier way to cook sinigang!! Its better to first cook your meats first until semi tender then add diced tomatoes , onions , Sinigang Mix , Fish sauce and your taro because it takes more time to cook it. Then you add the the other vegetables in order of how long you need to cook it for example: I like to add bok choy with the eggplant and yesterday as an example I added mushrooms because they were going bad so I added then at the very end since they cook really fast! It's really simple dw and it taste super amazing 😌🙏 thank you again for spreading recipes from our country❤❤❤

I'd say it's pretty mutually exclusive, I remember reading an article years ago on a survey of patient's biggest regrets when they're on their death bed and the top two were "not working hard enough and chasing my dream" and "not spending enough time with my family", the people who achieved one, wouldn't find time to achieve the other. Not saying there aren't exceptions, say, some might have families that are just extra patient and accepting, but it's something you can only wish for and not expect.

Hello I'm rlly happy to see you cook and enjoy eating sinigang 😊 maybe you can try to put the tomatoes and taro together to soften with the pork, the soft and almost mushy taro enhances the texture of the soup in a different level. Hope you try and like it the next time you cook it ❤ there is also a knorr sinigang that is taro flavored which taste a lot yummier it's labeled in purple (sinigang sa gabi)

i feel kinda lost, i feel like i'm going nowhere despite trying my best (idk maybe that's all i can do?). i don't even know if i'm happy right now or simply feel contented (i still don't know. i'm dumb ig.) on this bare minimum i have settled for myself; i kinda got used to avoid expecting things that are "too good to be true". also, that sinigang looks hella good. my filipina ass is now craving for some tinola as well hehehe.
