Sunand and Anjali, thank you for a wonderful session and a great conversation about scrum master interviews. I really enjoyed and learned a lot. Anjali has answered in a very constructive and honest manner. She covered every aspect of the scrum guide and many management interpersonal skills with perfect correlations to every scenario. It was a very nice presentation with a constant sweet and pleasant tone. Overall it’s great session. Many aspirants will benefit from your great initiatives. Thank you Sunand

but sad part is more interviewers don't know how to take inter view for scrum Master. They ask Questions like Risk vs Issues, Who is stakeholder kind of fresher and googled questions. They don't give a scenario and ask them to handle it and while he is answering you as an interviewer can be able to evaluate thought process

Sometimes, interviewers start with basic questions deliberately. If candidates can handle these well, then they proceed to more detailed ones. So, if a candidate doesn't know the difference between risk and issue, there's no use in asking them about sharing examples from their current project regarding risk, explaining the complete life cycle of risk, discussing various ways to mitigate risk, and similar questions.hope it make sense

Hi Sunand and Anjali thank you for the session - at 20:00 mark you answered about a new team - and going with conservative approach with taking less work - however I am interested to know how PO or product manager will react to this scenario if you suddenly commit less , how to convince them. I know the process helps here and you can show previous sprint velocity and interruptions etc. but I have seen people saying that you are not utilising the team, not pushing them , the team is not confident after so many deliveries 😢 and what not

Glad you enjoyed the session! When committing to less work as a conservative approach, it's important to communicate openly with the Product Owner. You can explain the rationale behind the decision, referencing past sprint velocity and interruptions. Open dialogue and data-driven discussions can help in convincing stakeholders effectively.Hope it help . All the best
