I cannot thank this woman enough. She took the stray pregnant mother cat home, helped her when she was giving birth, and helped her raise her kittens. She did all these despite being allergic to cats. She’s such a remarkable woman.

Brave woman. Allergies can be frightening. She cared and put the little momma cat first and saved her and babies. She is a loving hero!

Thank you for showing her her deceased baby - they understand death...not a disappearane (they keep looking for them in distress). I saw a video once of four young orange and white boys experiencing the death of one of their brothers. They laid him on a blanket on the floor. Each one came in at different times...one even swatted a brother that was goofing off (like, "Showbsome respect dude"). They stared and sniffed him, they sat close for a while next to him, before heading off to snuggle together for comfort. I could feel their sadness and acceptance - they were more reverant than most humans. I appreciate you showing that they accept death, not many folks ever show that. My best to you, God bless those who help little suffering animals.

Gracias por cuidar de esta primeriza mamá gata, quizás ella tenía el tiempo de dar a luz a sus crías y les faltó oxígeno dentro de la mamá y por esa situación murió el primero en nacer y el segundo al no ser examinado aproximadamente le pasó lo mismo tenía niveles bajo de oxígeno en su sangre y cerebro. Me sentí mal de saber eso, hay que actuar con premura en estos casos ya que a veces los animales pasan por lo mismo que los humanos dando a luz. A friend who is miserably allergic to wool recently helped keep a child whose parents had been killed by a downed power line by using a rolled up wool army blanket to loop around and pull the little one away from the same fate. She had a very miserable rash afterwards, but she did not hesitate. She said that life was more important than a rash she could deal with. You are like her!

There were probably complications given how long she was in labor. Kittens can also take sudden turns. I foster young ones a lot. They can be healthy with a good appetite, then take a sudden turn and pass away within 24 hours. It's always sad. You helped the mama and babies the best you could, thank you for saving them even at risk of your health!
