Hey Everyone!
Today I am making one of grandma and grandpa's signature fish dishes for "plantation time." Fish patties! Grandpa and grandma showed me how they made this years ago and I wanted to re-create it. Reid and I also had left over fish so we also made some delicious ahi katsu.
Please enjoy these dishes!
Fish patty Recipe:
2 lbs fresh fish
1 onion
1 C. flour
1/2 -1 C. milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
carrots and green beans (optional)
Olive or vegetable oil to fry

Fish katsu
1-2 lbs of fish
Flour
egg
panko 1-2 C Panko (amzn.to/3xoCXmS)
Vegetable oil to fry
Katsu sauce
