I have consulted Dr in the month of August 2022. Completely stopped taking biscuits and followed his advice. My HB Aic below 6 now whereas it was 8 even 9 earlier. Thank you si much doctor.

அப்ப பசிக்கு என்ன தான் sir பண்ணுவது.ரொம்ப பசி இருக்கும் அந்த காலை வேளையில்.நாம tiffin சாப்பிடுவது வரை பொறுமை இல்லை.அதுக்கு என்ன தான் தீர்வு.இது ஒரு சாபம் மா sir sugar என்பது எவ்வளவோ பெரிய கொடிய நோய். உண்மையா ரொம்ப பாவம் sir. அடுத்தவங்க ஈஸி யா சொல்லி விட்டு போய் விடலாம்.அதை அனுபவிப்பர் களுக்கு தான் தெரியும் அதன் கஷ்டம்.😭

Good info Dr. But I feel everyone misses the most important information on biscuits..that biscuit are made using a sizeable percentage of bakery fats, which in most of the cases contain Trans fats, the major cause for cancer. I suggest biscuits made with pure butter or biscuits made without any use of bakery fats should be only eaten. But normall biscuits which are available in the market is for the masses and they are all made using bakery fats / vanaspati.
